What is NAMI’s Family-to-Family Program?
The NAMI Family-to-Family Education Program is a free, 12-week
course for family caregivers of individuals with severe mental illnesses.
• The course is taught by trained family members
• All instruction and course materials are free to class participants
• Over 115,000 family members have graduated from this national program
Class size is limited to 25

NAMI Basics Education Program
NAMI Basics is designed for parents and caregivers of children and adolescents with mental health challenges. It teaches the fundamentals of caring for the parent, the family, and the child with mental health issues.
While no diagnosis is required to participate, we discuss ADHD, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and other mood disorders. We do not discuss Autism Spectrum Disorders.
